Ep 75: Helping Our Children Build Competence, Capability, and Confidence
To help kids become more independent, it's great to encourage their autonomy, give them responsibilities, and offer meaningful encouragement. Things like sleepaway camps and job roles can really boost their confidence and resilience, setting them up for future success.
